Experienced Team - Our team has a blend of strategic, operational and financial expertise that is rarely found in middle market focused investment groups. We have served as CEO's, CFO's, COO's, operations consultants, investment bankers and senior legal advisors to public and private companies with revenues from $10 million to $1 billion. We have a proven track record of acquiring, operating, growing and harvesting value in middle market businesses.

Operational Performance Improvement - The vast majority of middle market companies' exhibit operational opportunities, yet only a small fraction manage to harvest these opportunities. Talon can provide management the guidance, tools and resources necessary to harvest these opportunities and drive continuous improvement.

Longer-Term Focus - Talon invests its capital with an average holding period of more than 10 years, significantly longer than traditional private equity funds which require acquired companies be sold within four to seven years. By contrast Talon is not looking to make a "quick buck". We are focused on building value over the long-term. We take a measured approach to strategic decisions, the pace of growth and change, and ultimately value creation.
